Product Information
30A PWM Solar Charge Controller for Common-Negative RV and Van Systems
A PWM controller is the simple, economical choice when panel voltage is close to battery voltage — a 12V panel on a 12V battery, for instance. It costs less than MPPT and has less to go wrong, which is why it still suits small RV, boat and shed systems.
Keep the array within 15–25V DC. It charges LFP, LTO, Gel, AGM, Flooded (WET), Calcium.
Rated IP22. UL 1741, CE. Mount it close to the battery on a vertical surface with airflow around the heatsink, and wire battery first, then panels.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many panels can I connect?
Keep the array within 15–25V DC. Watts alone are not the whole story — the panels' combined open-circuit voltage must also stay under the controller's input limit.
MPPT or PWM — which do I need?
MPPT harvests more, especially when panel voltage is well above battery voltage or in cold and low light, and it is the better choice for larger or 24V arrays. PWM costs less and suits small systems where panel and battery voltage are closely matched. This unit is PWM.
Which batteries does it charge?
LFP, LTO, Gel, AGM, Flooded (WET), Calcium. Set the correct battery profile before first charge — using the wrong profile shortens battery life.
