2,000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter for RVs and Vans on Shore Power
The NOVA 2K12 delivers 2,000W of pure sine wave AC from a 12V battery, and its built-in transfer switch hands over to shore power automatically whenever you plug in — no manual switching, no interruption to what is running.
Pure sine wave output matters for anything with a motor, a compressor or a circuit board — laptops, microwaves, fridges, CPAP machines and power tools all run cooler and quieter on it than on modified sine. Total harmonic distortion stays <5%.
Size the battery bank to the load, not just the inverter: a 2,000W inverter can draw well over 167A from a 12V bank at full output, so cable gauge and battery discharge rating matter as much as the inverter itself. Call us on 1-332-291-6885 if you want the sizing checked.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can this inverter run?
Anything up to 2,000W continuous, with 4,000W (5 sec) available briefly for start-up surges. That covers lights, a fridge, laptops and power tools. The daily total depends on your battery bank, not the inverter.
What size battery do I need?
Work from your daily watt-hours, not the inverter rating. As a rule, a 12V bank should be able to deliver the inverter's full output without exceeding its discharge rating. We can size it with you on 1-332-291-6885.
Can I use it while plugged into shore power?
Yes. The built-in transfer switch detects shore power and swaps to it automatically, then returns to battery when you unplug.
